Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before production begins.
Each Modella piece is produced after an order is placed. Production timelines may vary depending on order volume, fabric availability, and customization requests.

United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
GCC Countries
Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days
International Orders
Estimated delivery: 14–25 business days
Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak periods, or due to customs procedures.
Custom Orders
Custom measurement and personalized orders may require additional production time and are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
